For more than 15 years I had leadership roles in different functions and organisations. I do know the ups and downs of becoming an effective leader. Due to a personal health crisis, I recently understood what we are here for: to effectively lead ourselves through life and learn how to effectively lead our teams with courage and passion, self-awareness and authenticity, system awareness and visionary thinking and by building on relationships - with empathy.

Every person is naturally creative and resourceful. Change starts in the heart, not in the mind. It needs to address the person as a whole. Every change has its reason and its positive side - if we allow it.
